Welcome to bizarr platform, an online platform that allows artisans specializing in handicrafts and arts showcase and market their artistic creations. The platform also provides an opportunity for suppliers of raw materials supporting artisans to display their products. By registering on the platform, users acknowledge reading and fully accepting the terms and conditions and agree to comply with all stated provisions, including applicable laws and platform-related directives.
1. Definitions
Platform: Refers to bizarr electronic platform, including its website and associated applications.
Artisan/Merchant/Supplier: A user who showcases and sells their products through the platform.
User: Any person who utilizes the platform, whether as an artisan, supplier, or buyer.
Products: Handcrafted works or raw materials offered for sale on the platform.
Orders: A transaction by which a buyer purchases products through the platform.
Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
2. Range
This Agreement governs the contractual relationship between the Platform, the Buyer and the Merchant with respect all purchases and becomes legally binding upon order completion and payment.
3. Purchasing Procedures
1. The buyer selects the product through the platform and adds it to the shopping cart.
2. Payment is made through the approved electronic payment methods.
3. Order cancellations after payment confirmation are not accepted unless approved by both the platform and the seller.
4. The purchase is considered final upon payment confirmation, and a notification including the purchase invoice is sent via email or to the user’s account.
5. The platform reserves the right to reject or cancel any purchase order submitted through the platform for legitimate reasons at its sole discretion, with the paid amount refunded within five (5) days.
6. The buyer is obligated to inspect the product immediately upon receipt. In the event of any visible damage, it must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of the date of receipt, along with photographic evidence showing the condition of the product and the damage upon delivery. Failure to report within the stated period shall be deemed an implicit acceptance of the product’s condition.
7. The product must be in its original condition and unused.
4. Delivery
1. The product shall be shipped within a period determined by the seller and indicated in the product’s technical specifications and details.
2. The delivery time is determined by the logistics service provider and based on the buyer’s location. In general, shipping to major cities takes up to ten (10) days at most, though it may take slightly longer for certain products or during peak seasons.
3. The platform is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the logistics provider or resulting from force majeure.
4. The platform bears no responsibility for any incidental damage to the product during the shipping process. In such cases, the logistics service provider shall be liable for compensation, whether selected by the buyer or automatically assigned by the platform.
5. Guarantees
1. All products displayed on the platform are offered “as is,” without any express or implied warranties by the platform regarding incidental defects or freedom from such defects. However, the platform ensures that all listed products are provided in accordance with the highest quality standards and comply with the provisions of the E-Commerce Law and the requirements and regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The seller is obligated to provide products of high quality that comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the instructions issued by the Ministry of Commerce.
3. The seller is prohibited from offering or selling counterfeit products or products that infringe on intellectual property rights, including trademarks, and affirms that all products offered are original, lawfully compliant within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and produced by the seller.
4. The seller guarantees the quality of the products and their conformity to the attached descriptions and images, including any stated warranty and its duration, if mentioned in the product description.
5. The seller is required to provide accurate product descriptions and shall bear full legal responsibility for any breach related thereto.
6. The buyer must review the warranty terms provided with the product and may not assume the existence of any form of warranty unless explicitly stated by the seller.
7. The buyer undertakes to exercise honesty and integrity when providing feedback on products purchased from the platform and shall refrain from harming the platform or its users or misusing the platform. The buyer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the purchasing policy and with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8. The buyer is strictly prohibited from attempting to contact the seller for fraudulent purposes or in a manner that may harm the legitimate and legal interests of the platform and its users.
6. Limitation of Liability
1. The platform bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.
2. The platform does not guarantee that the product will meet the buyer’s expectations and relies solely on the descriptions provided by the seller.
3. In the event it is proven that the seller has offered or sold counterfeit products or products that infringe intellectual property rights, the platform shall have the right to take any of the following actions: remove the violating products without prior notice, suspend or terminate the seller’s account, and hold the seller fully legally and financially liable for such violations, including fines and compensation for resulting damages.
7. Intellectual Property
1. All images and content published by the seller remain the property of the seller and may not be used by the buyer in any manner whatsoever.
2. The platform is granted a non-exclusive license, for the duration of the agreement, to use all information and documents for marketing purposes.
3. The content displayed on the platform may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
10. General Provisions
1. The user undertakes to agree to and comply with all the terms, obligations, and instructions stated herein, as well as with all applicable laws, regulations, directives, and circulars in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any violation, the platform reserves the right to permanently terminate the seller’s account.
2. The platform affirms that all products listed are artisanal and handcrafted by the seller, and that all products are original and of high quality.
3. All personal information and data appearing on the platform and related to its staff are confidential, not accessible by third parties, and are fully subject to the applicable laws, regulations, and directives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. If any article or provision of this agreement is canceled or becomes unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining articles, provisions, rules, and terms contained in the Terms of Use, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the platform administration.
5. If this Terms is translated into any other language, whether on the platform or elsewhere, the Arabic version shall remain the original and binding text for all purposes.
6. In the event of any amendments to this agreement, all users will be notified. Continued use of the platform shall constitute acceptance of any modifications made to this agreement.

8. Modifications

9. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction lies with the competent courts within the Kingdom.
